M&A Internship / Analyst

Responsibilities
As an M&A Intern at Squarefield, you will be embedded in our skilled and performance-driven team, working directly on ongoing deals. The team consists of internationally trained professionals who are committed to bringing energy and creative solutions to client relationships. They deliver on our promises and use our network and expertise to execute deals swiftly and confidentially.
During this transformative M&A Internship, you will gain hands-on experience by directly engaging with national and international medium-sized enterprises, private equity firms, startups, financial institutions, and government institutions. Your duties will encompass:
- Conducting market segment and player investigations
- Crafting compelling pitches and information memoranda
- Creating longlists of potential buyers
- Conducting thorough analyses
- Building robust financial models
Job Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
- You are available for at least 3 months and enrolled at university.
- Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
- Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or student associations.
- Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
