M&A Internship / Analyst

Clearwater International, established in 2001, has built a reputation as a leading independent merger and acquisition expert, focusing on mid-market transactions. This experience will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience to succeed in the fast-paced world of corporate finance.

The M&A Internship at CWI is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to give you an in-depth understanding of mid-market transactions. Working directly on ongoing deals, you will gain invaluable insights and practical experience, with clients ranging from private companies, multinationals, private equity investors, and management teams.

PhiDelphi is characterized by its customized approach to every client and transaction. As an intern, you will learn to manage the unique challenges of each deal, identifying key issues, and structuring transactions for optimal outcomes. At CWI the focus is on client interests, with a commitment to independent service and thorough analysis. This commitment is integral to their success and will be a fundamental part of your internship experience.

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
• Available for at least 3 months and currently enrolled at a university.
• Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
• Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or involvement in student associations.
• Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and English.
