M&A Internship / Analyst

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is excited to invite ambitious and proactive individuals to join their team as M&A Interns. This unique opportunity allows you to work directly on live deals, providing invaluable practical experience and industry insight. Their clients range from national and international medium-sized enterprises to private equity firms, startups, financial institutions, and even government institutions. As an M&A Intern, you will play a pivotal role in these dynamic relationships.

Your responsibilities during this internship will include investigating various market segments and players, crafting compelling pitches and information memoranda, and compiling longlists of potential buyers. You'll also be tasked with executing meticulous analyses and constructing robust financial models. This hands-on experience will give you a deep understanding of the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions, and allow you to experience the thrill of entrepreneurship firsthand.

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
• You are available for at least 3 months and enrolled at university.
• Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
• Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or student associations.
• Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
