M&A Internship / Analyst

This M&A Internship is not just an observational role; it is an opportunity to directly contribute to ongoing deals involving national and international medium-sized enterprises, private equity firms, startups, financial institutions, and government institutions. Interns will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, such as investigating market segments and players, preparing pitches and information memoranda, curating lists of potential buyers, conducting analyses, and building financial models.

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
• Available for at least 3 months and currently enrolled at a university.
• Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
• Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or involvement in student associations.
• Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
