Private Equity Internship

As an intern, you will be an integral member of their team, meaning that you will have very large exposure to the entire investment process and the opportunity to collaborate on: 

▪ Due diligence of new investment opportunities 

▪ Modeling, valuation and structuring of investments 

▪ Portfolio company monitoring, value creation and bolt-on M&A 

▪ Lead identification and related market and industry research

Who we are looking for in this private equity internship:

• You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality.
• You combine strong analytical, social, and communication skills in your work.
• You are able to process and analyze information efficiently and independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You have one or more relevant previous internship experiences (such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, or consultancy).
• You have completed a quantitative Bachelor's degree at a university (such as economics, econometrics, business administration, finance, computer science, or other STEM fields).
