M&A Internship / Analyst

Rabobank is a Dutch multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands. It's one of the largest banks in the world, and it's notably a cooperative bank, owned by local cooperative Rabobanks in the Netherlands.

Rabobank Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is number 1 in the Dutch M&A market and in the top 3 in the European Food & Agri M&A segment based on the number of transactions. Rabobank's M&A activities are conducted by its Corporate Finance division. This division is responsible for providing a range of financial services to assist companies in the execution of their M&A strategies, including advisory services, financing, deal execution, post-merger integration.

During your internship you work with the team on real-life opportunities and you learn more about both the creation and the implementation of deals. At the same time, you get to know Rabobank's culture and the responsibilities that the team has. You will be actively involved in advising publicly traded companies, large corporations, privately-owned companies and financial sponsors on various types of strategically important transactions.

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
• You are available for at least 3 months and enrolled at university.
• Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
• Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or student associations.
• Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
