Private Equity Internship

NPM Capital was founded in 1948 to provide capital to the Dutch business community in the context of post-war reconstruction, making them the oldest investment company in the Netherlands.

Together with their portfolio companies, they support and build the companies of the future. They have focused on medium to large sized Benelux companies since 1948.

Being a part of SHV, they have a flexible investment horizon and ample supply of capital, which allows them to focus on and support the long term value creation of our portfolio companies. They stimulate and actively support management teams in their entrepreneurship.

During this internship, you will see all aspects of their work; from deal sourcing and market research to modelling. You will participate as a full member of the project teams and will also be given the associated responsibilities.

Who we are looking for in this private equity internship:

• You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality.
• You combine strong analytical, social, and communication skills in your work.
• You are able to process and analyze information efficiently and independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You have one or more relevant previous internship experiences (such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, or consultancy).
• You have completed a quantitative Bachelor's degree at a university (such as economics, econometrics, business administration, finance, computer science, or other STEM fields).
