ING Corporate Finance Amsterdam is the Dutch investment banking division of ING Bank NV. It has a rich history of over 200 years and is recognized as a leading international bank that provides an extensive portfolio of products and services to clients globally.

The Corporate Finance division encompasses both M&A advisory and Equity Capital Markets (which is responsible for IPOs, equity raisings, etc.) and unites over 140 professionals around the world. The heart of ING’s advisory business is in Amsterdam, where they support clients in both local markets and cross-border transactions. The division has held a top position in the Benelux league tables for several consecutive years, in terms of both the number of transactions and total transaction values.

Responsibilities

Interns can expect a challenging experience, with the opportunity to integrate immediately into the Corporate Finance team of the leading Benelux bank. Interns will participate in research, various analyses, and day-to-day transaction executions at all levels of Corporate Finance and work across a broad spectrum of industries, countries, and types of financial operations. The internship will provide a dynamic and international working environment, along with the opportunity to attend various internal trainings. This will contribute to strong personal development in analytical expertise, commercial skills, and actual transaction experience.

Job Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
  • You are available for at least 3 months and enrolled at university.
  • Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
  • Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or student associations.
  • Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
