Responsibilities

You will work closely with the investment professionals and will assist with the appraisal of potential investment opportunities (both quantitative and qualitative). The work of an intern is highly diverse, and candidates will gain investing, financial and operational experience across a wide range of sectors. Tasks include:

  • Deal sourcing; sourcing exercises and updating pipeline information
  • Analyse potential investment opportunities
  • Carry out research and prepare background information
  • Business and operational analysis
  • Assist with internal presentations
  • Assist the team with portfolio reporting and project related work
  • Financial modelling and valuation

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for in this private equity internship:

  • You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality.
  • You combine strong analytical, social, and communication skills in your work.
  • You are able to process and analyze information efficiently and independently.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You have one or more relevant previous internship experiences (such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, or consultancy).
  • You have completed a quantitative Bachelor's degree at a university (such as economics, econometrics, business administration, finance, computer science, or other STEM fields).
