M&A Internship / Analyst

During this dynamic internship, you will be immersed in the unique work environment, tackling ongoing deals involving national and international medium-sized enterprises, startups, private equity firms, financial institutions, and even (semi) government institutions.

Your responsibilities as an M&A intern will be diverse and engaging. You will investigate market segments and players, prepare pitches and information memoranda, identify potential buyers, conduct comprehensive analyses, and build financial models. This will provide you with a real-world understanding of the M&A process and a first-hand experience of entrepreneurship.

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
• You are available for at least 3 months and enrolled at university.
• Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
• Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or student associations.
• Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
