M&A Internship / Analyst

Responsibilities
In this M&A internship, you will have the opportunity to investigate market segments and players, work on pitches and information memoranda, create longlists of potential buyers, conduct analyses, and build financial models. You will be focusing on the origination and execution of M&A, ECM, corporate finance, and fundraising transactions for BNP Paribas Corporate clients across sectors. You will also develop technical and practical skills in respect of M&A, ECM, and fundraising; and be building a professional network within the finance industry and with senior executives from BNP Paribas Corporate clients.
Job Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another financial or technical field.
- You are available for at least 3 months and enrolled at university.
- Ambitious, proactive, analytical, strong in numbers, team player, able to perform well under pressure.
- Above-average academic performance combined with extracurricular activities and/or student associations.
- Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English language.
