Private Equity Internship

Active Capital Company invests in small- and medium sized companies headquartered in the Netherlands or Germany with revenues between € 10M - € 100M, which are active in production, (technical) wholesale or business services. As an intern you fully participate in the team and you participate in market studies, analyses of potential new investments and projects within portfolio companies.

Who we are looking for in this private equity internship:

• You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality.
• You combine strong analytical, social, and communication skills in your work.
• You are able to process and analyze information efficiently and independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You have one or more relevant previous internship experiences (such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, or consultancy).
• You have completed a quantitative Bachelor's degree at a university (such as economics, econometrics, business administration, finance, computer science, or other STEM fields).
