Convent Capital is an independent Dutch investment company founded in 2011. With their first fund, they focused on small to medium-sized enterprises within the Benelux region that have a good track record and where they see strategic and operational opportunities to create sustainable value: organically, in new markets, or through a buy-and-build strategy. With their new fund, they focus on providing growth capital to innovative and sustainable companies in the agri & food markets, with the aim of making a positive impact. Convent Capital has a strong focus on sustainability and believes in the transition from the current linear economy to a circular economy. Convent aims to prove that companies that focus on this transition will ultimately be the winners of the future. The focus is therefore on the long term.
